art and music community to demonstrate what is possible
when a community comes to the aid of those that

This year we coordinate with local organizations, musicians, artists and local radio and alternative media platforms to create an ongoing cycle of awareness addressing youth homelessness.
We already enjoy the support of many local businesses and Tacoma's music and arts culture, making it simple to focus the attention of our city on the forgotten youth with no shelter in our communities.

Previous years, Stars 4 Peace have been used to highlight important areas of need in Tacoma's neighborhoods and have contributed important supplies like food and clothing to survivors of trauma due to abuse, youth in underprivileged communities and people with no place to stay.
